Amalgus Group collects limited information through its contact, resume, and diagnostic intake forms to review inquiries, respond to submissions, evaluate opportunities, and improve the quality of its operating processes.

The fastest way to request deletion or review of submitted information is to provide the submission ID shown after your original submission. If you do not have the submission ID, provide the email used in the original submission, approximate submission date, submission type, and enough non-sensitive detail for Amalgus Group to locate the record.

What we collect

Limited contact details, resume materials, and non-sensitive diagnostic intake submitted through the site.

Why we collect it

To review inquiries, respond to submissions, evaluate opportunities, route the right engagement, and improve operating processes.

Retention

Records are retained only as needed for inquiry handling, recruiting review, diagnostic follow-up, and compliance with internal retention rules.

Deletion and review

Use the privacy request path with the submission ID when available. Additional verification may be required before deletion or anonymization.

What not to submit

Do not include credentials, government identifiers, medical information, financial records, customer secrets, or other sensitive personal or proprietary material.

Contact intake

Used to route an inquiry, classify the engagement path, and schedule the right conversation.

Resume intake

Used to review candidate or collaborator fit and retain recruiting information under the published retention window.

Diagnostic intake

Used to generate a directional exposure map and identify likely readiness gaps without turning the public tool into a formal audit.
